Crane on Dock features super-comfortable memory foam beds wrapped in luxurious 100% Egyptian cotton and/or Supima bed linens. The custom–accented tile showers are stocked with bath essentials. A high-end kitchen with a unique dining nook. Restore yourself in the morning with a Kurig coffee and peacefully end your day with the invigorating aroma and flavor of fair-trade caffeine-free Harney & Sons organic tea. 65" 4K Roku smart TV in living room and smart TVs in each bedroom along with another in the screened porch. Beach chairs and supplies (sunscreen, beach towels, beach bag, cooler) are at the ready for a quick trip to one of the many local beaches for a tranquil day of sun and relaxation. Curl up with Legends of Old Wilmington & Cape Fear coffee table book in screened porch or dine alfresco on the patio. And don't forget the hundreds of amazing bars and restaurants just blocks outside the front door!

You agree to be fully and solely responsible for any accidents you may incur. You understand the risks discussed above and agree that you will assume all responsibility for yourself and for the consequences of those in your party. You agree to waive any claim whatsoever against owner for accidents or claims arising from using exercise equipment. All Guests in my party acknowledge and agree that they have read and understand this waiver and they acknowledge that confirming below constitutes a binding and enforceable contract between Guests and Host.

If you are coming to Wilmington to enjoy dinner, concerts, shopping, pubs, or simply relaxing, this elegant bungalow is the perfect fit.

Getting around

Uber/Lyft anywhere! Take the Water Taxi and tour the Battleship NC, enjoy the free Trolley, walk to great restaurants, bars, or museums! Close to all the downtown wedding venues. You are in walking distance to pubs, cafes, restaurants, art galleries, shopping, and the beautiful Riverwalk.

The bungalow is less than 5 miles from the airport.

No car is necessary but if you have one, parking is provided.

Strict non-smoking policy.
Dogs Only
1. You must tell us in advance if you are bringing a pet so that our cleaners can be prepared for hair or paw prints. We require dogs to be leashed or supervised at all times when on the property.
2. PETS ALLOWED BY PRE-APPROVAL ONLY - Your dog should be friendly and house trained. Dogs that utilize pee pads are NOT allowed.
3. Your dog must be supervised by you at all times or crated in the room if left alone. We may be willing to watch your dog while you are out depending on our availability but will not be responsible if anything happens. Any dog that becomes disruptive will need to be removed immediately. You will be charged for any damage caused by your pet. Limit of two pets. Additional pets may be considered on a case-by-case basis.
4. Guests agree to read, understand and adhere to the Liability Waiver at the end of my listing description.
